Q: Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
A: Yes! We offer both local delivery and pickup. We deliver to the Central Florida area — within a 1-hour radius of downtown Orlando.
Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: We currently ship within the continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.
Q: Are your desserts nut-free or allergy-friendly?
A: While some items may not contain nuts, we are not a nut-free kitchen. Please reach out if you have severe allergies.
Q: Can I customize an order or request a special flavor?
A: We do not offer custom orders at this time. Only listed flavors are available.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
