Q: Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
A: Yes! We offer both local delivery and pickup by appointment.
We currently deliver within roughly a 50-mile radius of Davenport / Central Florida, including parts of Orlando, Kissimmee, and Sanford.
For pickup orders, we’ll coordinate a meet-up time and location near Davenport or ChampionsGate after your order is confirmed.
Q: Do you ship orders?
A: Not at this time. We’re focusing on local delivery and pickup to ensure every cookie arrives perfectly fresh.
Shipping may be added in the future once we can guarantee the same quality experience nationwide.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically ready within 1–2 days.
Local delivery: Made Fri–Sun between 10 AM – 4 PM.
Pickup by appointment: We’ll text or email you to schedule your preferred time.
Need a specific date? Add a note in your cart, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Q: Are your desserts nut-free or allergy-friendly?
A: While some items may not contain nuts, our kitchen is not nut-free.
Please contact us before ordering if you have any severe allergies so we can help you make a safe choice.
Q: Can I customize an order or request a special flavor?
A: We currently offer the flavors listed on our menu, which rotate seasonally.
Custom or large event orders may be available upon request — just reach out and we’ll see what’s possible.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.
If there’s ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
Q: How will I know when my pickup is ready?
A: Once your order is confirmed, we’ll reach out via text or email to coordinate a time and location for pickup.
